Reconstitution technique — extra care for a large protein

HGH 191AA is a full-length recombinant protein, not a small peptide. Denaturation risk is higher than for smaller compounds:

1. Warm both vials to room temperature before starting.
2. Wipe both stoppers with alcohol.
3. Draw the diluent volume using a 30G insulin syringe.
4. Angle the vial and add diluent very slowly against the glass wall never onto the powder. Fast diluent addition is the leading cause of localised denaturation for full-length proteins.
5. Don’t shake, ever. Rolling gently between palms is preferred over swirling for large proteins. Foam is a sign of denaturation.
6. Allow full dissolution (up to 2 minutes for HGH; longer than smaller peptides).
7. Label vial (compound, batch, concentration in IU/ml, date).
8. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Don’t freeze reconstituted HGH . Freeze-thaw destroys protein integrity.

Reconstituted stability . Read this carefully for HGH

Unlike small peptides, reconstituted HGH 191AA is generally stable for a shorter window . Typically 2–3 weeks at 2–8 °C, and some batch data may specify shorter. Don’t freeze reconstituted HGH. Freeze-thaw denatures the protein.
