Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 are the two peptides most commonly paired in growth-hormone (GH) axis research. Ipamorelin engages ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a) signalling; CJC-1295 engages the GHRH receptor.
