Peptides Lab Ireland ships research-grade peptides to Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and nationwide from EU fulfilment. This page sets out delivery times, cold-chain packaging, tracking and post-Brexit customs handling.
Delivery times
- Standard Ireland delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch
- Dispatch cut-off: Orders placed before 14:00 UK/IE dispatch same day
- Weekend orders: Dispatched the next working day
- Institutional orders: Priority dispatch (typically same-day)
How your peptides are packaged for transit
Peptides are temperature-sensitive research reagents. Our packaging is designed to preserve cold-chain integrity from EU fulfilment to your Irish laboratory bench:
- Insulated outer packaging — foil-lined boxes with EPS or biodegradable insulation
- Cold packs for temperature-sensitive compounds
- Vial protection — foam padding and vial-specific packaging
- Discreet outer labelling — no compound descriptors visible externally
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number emailed to you at dispatch. Track your order via the courier’s tracking portal. Institutional customers can request centralised delivery notifications for procurement records.
Post-Brexit customs and Ireland
Since Brexit, shipments from Great Britain to Ireland cross a customs border. This means:
- Standard transit time from UK fulfilment: 2–3 working days including customs
- Occasional customs holds add 1–2 additional working days
- Customs documentation accurately declares research chemicals for in-vitro use
- EU fulfilment eliminates the customs border for a lighter and faster path

Damaged or delayed deliveries
If your delivery is delayed beyond 5 working days, or arrives with visible damage or broken cold-chain, contact research@peptideslabuk.com within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging. We’ll replace or refund per our Refund and Returns Policy.
