BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) — synthetic 15 amino acid pentadecapeptide (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, ≈1419.5 Da) derived from a gastric protective protein. HPLC-verified ≥99% purity, batch-tested by Optima Labs, per-batch COA. Fast Ireland delivery.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a synthetic 15 amino acid research peptide derived from a naturally-occurring protective protein isolated from human gastric juice. It is one of the most heavily cited peptides in preclinical tissue-repair, angiogenesis and gastrointestinal barrier research literature over the last two decades. Peptides Lab Ireland supplies BPC-157 to Irish universities, biotech research groups and independent laboratories with HPLC-verified purity documentation and per-batch Certificates of Analysis.
BPC-157 (sequence Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val, molecular weight ≈ 1419.5 Da) is a stable partial sequence of the gastric protection compound BPC , a protein present in human gastric juice. Unlike many peptides that require complex reconstitution and cold-chain handling, BPC-157 is especially stable in gastric juice and aqueous buffers at room temperature, making it a widely used research standard in cellular-repair models.
Preclinical research literature on BPC-157 spans a broad range of connective-tissue and repair models. Published in-vitro and animal-model studies document effects on:
Research applications are grounded in preclinical models . BPC-157 hasn’t received regulatory approval for human therapeutic use in any jurisdiction, including Ireland and the wider EU.
Reconstitute lyophilised BPC-157 with sterile bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) or, where compound-specific solubility notes indicate, with a mildly acidic aqueous buffer. Add diluent slowly against the vial wall , never directly onto the peptide powder. Swirl gently. Don’t shake. For repeated sampling, aliquot the working solution into single-use vials to minimise freeze-thaw degradation.
Is BPC-157 legal to buy in Ireland? BPC-157 isn’t approved as a medicine or therapeutic product in Ireland or the EU. It is supplied by Peptides Lab Ireland strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use and is sold under a research-only supply model. Purchasers assume responsibility for compliance with applicable local research and import regulations.
How does BPC-157 compare with TB-500? Both are used in tissue-repair research but through different pathways. BPC-157 is a gastric-derived pentadecapeptide with a mucosal-repair and angiogenesis-focused literature. TB-500 (a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4) has a distinct actin-binding and cellular-migration research profile. Many Irish research groups run comparison protocols across both compounds and see also our Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) pre-formulated blend.
What purity is your BPC-157? ≥99% by HPLC, independently tested per batch by Optima Labs. Each order ships with the batch-specific COA.
How is BPC-157 delivered in Ireland? Orders are dispatched from EU fulfilment with tracked shipping to Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and nationwide. Standard delivery lands within 2–3 working days.
All compounds sold on peptideslabireland.com are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. Not intended for human, veterinary or therapeutic use under any circumstances.
BPC-157 isn’t authorised as a medicine by the HPRA. It’s legal to buy, hold and use as a research chemical for in-vitro laboratory work, and that’s the only use we supply it for. If you want the full regulatory picture, see our Irish researcher’s guide to peptide legality.
Every vial ships with an HPLC purity trace (typically ≥99%), mass-spec identity confirmation, and endotoxin/heavy-metal screening on the batch. The full per-batch Certificate of Analysis is available on request from research@peptideslabuk.com. Our quality system is ISO 9001 certified and third-party testing runs through a UKAS-accredited lab.
Standard protocol: let the BPC-157 vial and your bacteriostatic water come to room temperature, wipe both stoppers with a 70% isopropyl swab, then inject the water slowly down the side wall of the peptide vial. Don’t stream directly onto the powder cake. Swirl gently, don’t shake, and give it five to ten minutes to fully dissolve. Label the vial with compound, concentration and reconstitution date, store at 2–8°C between assays.
Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Delivery is 24–48 hours to any Irish county via An Post Express or DPD. Cold chain is preserved with insulated wrap plus gel pack. No customs step, no border delays , because it never leaves Ireland.
In the Irish research space BPC-157 tends to appear in the pathways described above. It’s often paired with related research compounds when researchers are studying combined mechanisms rather than the compound alone.
Lyophilised BPC-157 is stable at ≤-20°C long-term. Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within the working shelf life described on the CoA. Freeze/thaw cycles degrade peptides, so aliquot the reconstituted solution if you plan to run assays over several weeks.
